Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Thelicham Monthly, we strive to ensure timely delivery and quality service. Due to the nature of physical subscription-based publishing, we follow a limited cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless genuine non-delivery issues are reported.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Partial refunds may be considered if:
  • Multiple consecutive issues are not delivered.
  • The issue is not caused by user error (e.g., wrong address).
  • In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address entered by the subscriber, refunds may not be applicable.
  • If returned to us, we may attempt re-delivery after address verification.

3. Support and Complaint Process

  • Subscribers are encouraged to notify us via WhatsApp in case of delivery problems.
  • If the issue continues despite repeated follow-ups and re-dispatch attempts, a refund for the undelivered copies (at the rate of Rs. 15 per copy) should be processed within 5–9 days of the last dispatch.
  • If delivery failure is due to India Post services, a complaint will be registered with the postal authorities, and re-delivery will be attempted before refund is considered.

You may also opt to collect your copy by hand from our office after making an appointment.
